One ruin in front of another
Coming up to retirement but not growing old gracefully, knackered most of the time, always short of cash, overweight, shortsighted, however despite all these hardships still enjoying life.
Mad about knitting, spinning, embroidery, home brewing, keeping chickens,cats - most especially Boris the Wondercat, self sufficiency – you name it. Lifes too short to be sad.

I am not an expert on quilting, but as far as I know the most important thing is
1) be accurate in cutting and sewing to produce a neat finish and
2)choose the fabric mix carefully, to achieve a good balanced quilt in terms of design and colour.
Now you have mentioned it this site has no links to quilting, so check back in a few days and I will have put some up.
